Hanging Cactus.
These fabulous Cacti are made from fabric that was due for landfill.
They are made from soft upholstery fabric with a wool backing, both of which come from the swatch books you would pick your high end sofas from. Sadly these would all have been thrown away once out of season.
The Cacti are decorated with free motion embroidery, threads for spines and a flower made from threads and a glass bead.
As I only get small quantities of fabric it means every one I make is different and unique.

There is a ribbon on the back with printed website details on it.
size is approximately 6cm wide and 7.5cm high. The hanging loop is made from 3mm ribbon and approximately 6.5cm long.
